*Right after this comes an effect where Tom Morello 
slides his hand up and down the fretboard while you 
flip the toggle switch (neck pickup full off, bridge 
pickup full on) rapidly. If you dont have a toggle 
switch, you can mute the strings with your left hand
and hit the strings (look at diagram below) with the 
edge of your pick somewhere around the 14th and 
16th frets.
